I was an active member (now retired) of the Teamsters Union for 21 years. I suggest that you keep this to yourself and contact the Teamsters Union at
http://www.teamster.org/
Contact page,
http://www.teamster.org/content/contact-us
I suggest you be-friend someone that is in a union for assistance and go to Borders or Barnes & Noble and buy a book that can walk you through the steps.
Contact any Union in your city they will direct you as to what to do, keep your mouth shut about it. you could be fired for no apparent reason. +5

You're reading I would like to start a union at my work in east tn. We are constantly being told we can be fired for no reason ,we don't get pay raises on scheduled times, absurd rules that are very bazarre. Hiring from other companies and paying them more off the bat.
