nothing if you cut them they will just grow back thicker and stiffer but like violet says shave trim or wax on a regular basis

shave it off, go to the store and get a bikini razor usually about 3 in a pack for like $2 at wal-mart and shave away in teh shower
if it really doesnt bother you then leave it alone but if your concerned just shave it off easy as 1 2 3
