Help answer this question below.

Does anyone know how to fix the DEP(data-prevention program) on the computer? I tried to but it's not working? My internet detects a problem and I need to fix it need help!

    If something trigged DEP to run, it's most likely a malicious application or "malware." Your PC might potentially be infected with a computer virus (or several.)

    I'd recommend running a scan with a simple to use, free utility called Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to detect and remove the malicious applications on your PC.

    I've used this tool to clean up quite a few Windows computers.

    For best results I'd boot the computer into Safe Mode (F8 after the BIOS screen) before running a scan.
