I have a reddmango MP3 player. When I plug it in to any of my USB ports my computer wont recoginise it. Could someone please help me! Thankyou x

    Did it come with a disk? Try opening my computer and then plugging it in and watch for an additional button to pop up.

    However, very rarely do you need install disks these days the computer world is generally plug and play. The same should go for all MP3 players except for iPods which you have to have iTunes.
