Question

Help answer this question below.

Used to hit notes in high A-B range, but after having had bad strep in 2003, and many colds and bronchitis (one month ago) my voice has deteriorated over time. Now I can reach an F, but no more. Can I regain my upper notes, or is it permanently gone?
