I am 25. My father recently got a divorce. 3 motnhs after the divorce, he was arrested for possesion of illegal substances. His ex-wife then refused to allow his daughter to come over, but he continued to pay full child support. Is this legal?

    If his visitation orders are still in place, than he can file a motion to enforce, but she mat respond with a restraining order. If he has a problem, he should offer to abide by a supervised visitation with random test by family services. If she not agreeable, it may require a motion to modify. He will want to avoid her filing a restraining order.
