If his visitation orders are still in place, than he can file a motion to enforce, but she mat respond with a restraining order. If he has a problem, he should offer to abide by a supervised visitation with random test by family services. If she not agreeable, it may require a motion to modify. He will want to avoid her filing a restraining order.

You're reading I am 25. My father recently got a divorce. 3 motnhs after the divorce, he was arrested for possesion of illegal substances. His ex-wife then refused to allow his daughter to come over, but he continued to pay full child support. Is this legal?
