It could be nothing, or it could be a reaction to this batch of pills (while each batch is close to similar, each have small variations that in more sensitive people can cause reactions).
Or it could be a cause of 'too rough' sex. Or it could be ovarian cysts, or a urinary tract issue, like infection or your passing micro bladder/kidney stones, not large enough to cause pain, but large enough and sharp enough to scratch the urinary tract.
My advice is to call the prescribing doctor and have him/her determine if this requires a visit or not. Or set an appointment to rule out the various possibilities.

I forgot to take my birth control yesterday, approx. 15 hrs late. I'm bleeding now but I had sex yesterday, should I take plan B or not?
