You're reading After doing hard cardio my teeth, literally, my teeth, get sore! I can't find anything about it on the internet and no one ever understands what I'm talking about when I describe it. what is this? Ive been experiencing this since i can remember

Could it be receding gums, and the air getting to your roots? Maybe a dentist appointment is in order to make sure. They may be able to tell you more than we could, here. ;-)
