After doing hard cardio my teeth, literally, my teeth, get sore! I can't find anything about it on the internet and no one ever understands what I'm talking about when I describe it. what is this? Ive been experiencing this since i can remember

You MAY be clenching or grinding your teeth when you're pushing it, without realizing it.

my mouth is usually open trying to get the most amount of air while i run.

Could it be receding gums, and the air getting to your roots? Maybe a dentist appointment is in order to make sure. They may be able to tell you more than we could, here. ;-)

It could be a pinched nerve or something that gets aggrivated when you workout and it is connected to your teeth. Ask your dentist or a doctor.

your water radiator might be at low level. drinking some water, a pint, might restore moisture to your gums.
