I didn't use the ruler but one night I was drunk with a friend and we started measuring toes...lol.
A 4x4
Isn't that getting a little personal? :-D.
My bedroom.
A beer bottle.
I used a flex-ruler, so I hope this counts. I have to explain...my aunt told me that the length from where the nose starts (directly in the center or exactly between the eyes) to under the chin is the exact same length as from the tip of your pinky finger to the start of your wrist.
`
I realized that I didn't really need a ruler at all to do this; you can measure it using your thumb and index fingers. Form a C shape with them and place the index finger over the start of your nose and the thumb under your chin. You mouth should rest comfortably in the space that your fingers have formed. Then hold it like that and place it over the top of your pinky, placing your thumb on the start of the wrist. It will be the exact same.
`
Notice though, if you turn your hand over so the thumb is on the top instead, it WILL NOT be the same.

Sorry for such a long answer, but I had to explain...LOL!!!
