WELL those are and have been obsolete for like 25+ years now, and I think the next will be the cathode ray tube T.V. otherwise known as the CRT, BUT I'm not so sure any of it is for the better, just more expensive, uses more energy and cost more to repair, a friend bought a new wide screen for $460.00 and JUST after warranty the picture elements began having lines so the repair cost was over $600.00 so they bought a new T.V instead .. and I miss my old 33's and 45's on the right system sounded like you were in concert instead of all this noise they have now that they call music .. ~Nemo~
