I have been dating a man for 6 months who was only legally divorced in June but has been seperated for almost 2 years. He has asked me to marry him and wants to marry quickly, but I feel like he is rushing into everything. What is a normal amount of time

The right amount of time is whatever passes before you're happy this is what you want to do.

I don't think there is any one amount of time that's "normal"......But if you feel it is too fast then say so....Do let things be rushed and end up with a broken marriage....Take it slow....If you love each other it won't fade just because you aren't married yet...
