If you diet, usually after 6 to 12 months. That is safe and you will keep the weight off. If you go faster than this, you might just pick it all back up again. good luck, i really struggled with this.
When the baby is being breast fed it is not right to loose weight fast.But to eat healthy food is essential.Once the baby goes on to solids the mother can go about herself and trim down to be healthy and right weight for her height.But massages and excercise to put her body elasticity back in place is a must.Otherwise she will go out of shape soon.

Depends on how much they gained. Healthy weight loss in general should not exceed two pounds per week after the first week where you usually lose water. For people who have a lower body fat percentage 2 pounds is a little high. Their weight loss will be lower because they have less to lose and their bodies will fight it more.
