  • You sound like me. I exersize daily and the hunger does not cease. I eat when I'm hungry and dont when I'm not. Your body needs it it sounds like to me. Bon Apetit'
  • I don't know if you are on any medications but some medications will make you hungry all the time. Yes I know you need the drugs but yet the side effects are sometimes worse than the illness the drugs are treating. It's summertme and most people don't eat as much in the summertime so I would talk to my doctor and see if he/she has an idea on why.
  • I think you might need to drink more water. You are supposed to drink half your weight in ounces of water every day (English system). Most people's thirst mechanisms are so weak they are mistaken for hunger.
  • You are hungry all the time because you are eating what is called "empty calories." All the foods you describe, chocolate, crisps, white bread, are empty calorie food. You are hungry because you are craving nutrition. Search for "empty calories" on the internet, and you will find a lot of information. Before eating, drink 6-8 ounces of water or, if you drink bottled water, 1/2 a small bottle. Eat foods such as oatmeal, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, protein such as eggs, cheese, meat, fish, and chicken. If you don't like or can't cook fish, eat some canned salmon or tuna, it is tolerable and you still will get some essential nutrients. Eat some fresh fruit everyday - an apple, banana, peach, pear, plum, grapes, berries, find something you like. Eat green vegetables such as broccoli and spinach. If you like avocado, add a bit to your salad or sandwich. Avoid sweet desserts, or only take a bite or two. As soon as you start eating these foods, you will not feel hungry immediately after eating, because they will take a while to break down in your body. Drink plenty of water. You will not feel tired. I wish you the very best of good health! Good Luck!
