Help answer this question below.

I have recently felt a largish lump inside my vagina with my fingers. It is not inside the lips but inside the actual canal. Is this normal and I've just never noticed before or could this be serious?

- I have made an appointment but Im just wondering if this is something lots of ppl have or what it could possibly be. Ive been trying to do some searching on the internet but not having much luck finding any information. Anyone else gone through this before? Any stories or info would be greatly appreciated.
