  • i did once when i was very young, but i remember it well
  • Yes. I think it would be great. I also want to go to the top of the Sears Tower and stand on The Ledge. This would have to be a truly awesome experience.
  • Absolutely.
  • You bet!
  • I got the pleasure of being able to go on it during a trip for my b-day. It was great! The view was amazing and it was an ease to the mind. NYC is beautiful! I felt some sort of comfort inside of the statue of liberty. Maybe the meaning of friendship still lingers through out the marble. After all that is why we got it from France, no?
  • No desire, it's probably hot and stinky in there and there are no elevators.
  • My parents took me there when I was small, and I'm glad I had the experience. The only trouble is that at that time -- I don't know about now -- you had to walk up a narrow spiral staircase. And it's a long way up! But if you hold on to the railing you'll be all right, and the view is worth the trip.
  • Been there, done that. It was crowded and the stairs were narrow. I spent about an hour looking at my cousin's butt. I would really like to go up further into the torch.
  • Thats always been an ambition of mine, and I believe you can go up to the torch?
  • i did ages ago. the last time i did, i found that they must've installed an extra 500 steps and made all of them 18" tall. i was panting!!! . keithhold, i am VERY glad to see that you are back with us. i noticed your absence and i actually worried. i don't worry very often anymore. glad you're better. rest.
