God CAN control Satan but he doesn't. One day he will return and Satan will be punished. Think about this God does not control US but one day we will be punished for our wrongs if we do not believe and repent. Makes sense?

God didn't "make" Satan, he made a glorious spirit creature who decided to try to get worship and glory that belonged to the true God. Satan is here because God permits him to exist, but his days running wild around earth are limited. He will be bound and chained and put into an abyss with his other fallen angels and will be put into inactivity for 1,000 years. Here is support for your comment: Some may ask: 'If God is the good and loving Creator, how could he create a wicked spirit creature like Satan?' The Bible lays down the principle that all of Jehovah God's works are perfect and that all of his intelligent creatures are endowed with free will. (Deuteronomy 30:19; 32:4; Joshua 24:15; 1 Kings 18:21) The spirit person who became Satan must, therefore, have been created perfect and must have deviated from the way of truth and righteousness by deliberate choice.—John 8:44; James 1:14, 15.

More than a contradiction, I would go further to say that it is a paramount absurdity by all accounts. And the "god testing people" is the trip of all trip. the god knows who we are and what we're about. Why then he or she needs to test us for?
-
If there were a REAL GOD evil would be impossible. I am inclined to believe the existence of God is impossible.

God didn't put Satan here to "test" man. He gave man free choice, and man chose to live in a world where man can either do God's work, or Satan's. From that point onward you couldn't make generalizations about anything, since we're a bunch of very different individuals exercising our free will. There's a larger plan at play but no single lifetime can comprehend it first-hand.

Have you ever listened to the dribble that comes out of those people's mouths? Everything they say is a contradiction for crying out loud!
-
God can be all knowing and test free will at the same time. It's based on faith remember me.

The simple answer is there is no god, there is no satan. The bible was written 500 years after Jesus. No documentation, no nothing. All folklore, handed down from generation to generation. And the stories would have changed every generation.

The story of Job explains all of this.
