  • if you are over 18 it will always be on your record, not sure if you can get it expunged...if you are under 18 it will be taken off when you turn 18... Was a 36 dollar thing worth it? 2nd time offense...youll be screwed.

  • Yes; the fine is what you said IF that is what a judge told you ..... If you are oer 18 ; this will remain on your record for life unless you are able to get it expunged in about seven years or so .... thru an attorney. IF you are under 18; it will remain on your record until you are 18 .. when your juvenile record is sealed. It CAN be opened IF you apply for a government job or comit a felony ... etc .
