I've heard that stimulating certain pressure points on the foot can raise levels of human growth hormone and potentially increase height. Where are these pressure points and how should they be stimulated? Is there also a pressure point for testosterone?

    This is an alternative medicine practice known as "reflexology" or "zone therapy." Although there is a lack of clinical evidence to support medical efficacy, there is much information available in books and on the web. Most of these sources will include a "map" of the feet and hands, revealing the purported pressure points and their corresponding body parts and/or disease processes. You'll find information on testosterone as well.
