The pill is almost certainly clonazepam (brand name Klonopin). This is a benzodiazepines drug most often prescribed for controlling panic disorder and some types of seizures. Of course, if you are unfamiliar with this drug and/or it was not prescribed for you, you should not ingest it. Safely dispose of the drug in a place where children and pets will not gain access to it.
