Sipping a glass of water with lemon in it will help.

I could not locate any recipies for home remedy throat sprays, but there are many commercial throat sprays for singers available which moisturize the throat and thin out mucus, such as Entertainer's Secret, Vocal-EZE, and Singer's Saving Grace.

I find gargling with a glass of warm salt water is always good for the throat, but do not swallow or drink the salty water as that will cause you to become nauseous. If you cannot get to a sink to gargle, I suppose you might try putting warm salt water in a spray bottle, but I have never tried it as a spray.
