Help answer this question below.
Andrenaline rushes are a natural response to experience. Research supports that the risk comes from pro-longed adrenaline states. If your body is in the flight or fight state, with noradrenaline and other stress hormones pumping for extended periods, you may develop long term health problems. It builds up and then you may notice you're prematurely grey (!) or have hypertension and high blood pressure. Find ways to manage your stress and the simplest is to practice Conscious Breathing, then have a consistent stretching (ie.Yoga) and/or Cardio program to help your body release pent up stress. You'll feel better about yourself as well.
