There is natural variation in the length of a man's foreskin, and of course not all erections are created equal. Your anatomy may be such that the head (glans) is not naturally visible in that state. When retracting your foreskin, be sure that you're not pulling to the point of discomfort, as that may be counterproductive for you. Depending on the reason for lack of retraction during erection, you may benefit from using a water-based lubricant. Consult a urologist if you have concerns or just need some helpful advice.

You're reading Males w/ an uncircumsized penis: i understand that u should pull the foreskin back as often as possible, but after doing it so often should u see the head naturally during erection?
