Install a catalytic converter and return the vehicle to legal, non polluting form
Very likely you can't. In most states it's illegal to remove the catalytic converter... It is a vital part of the cars emissions control... On those rare (and I do mean RARE) times the removal is OK, the state will issue a certificate that states the when/where/how/and why, and that is supposed to stay in the car. If your car is street legal in it's present condition, any mechanic will be able to over ride the code. If your vehicle isn't street legal, look forward to buying a new CC.
u can't
