As long as its clean and mended, there is no problem by me. I do have a problem with the fad of torn clothing that reveals a bit too much skin of late. In generations past that would have been a sign of laziness and lack of self respect. As my mother always said, there is nothing to be ashamed of in wearing patches, but she felt there was a lot of shame in a lack of patches in clothing that needed to be patched. I generally don't even notice a persons clothing unless it is dirty, full of holes, or clashes so badly that I can't help but notice. That is the beauty of blue jeans or khaki, it is pretty hard to clash with either.

For me personally, I do notice how other women dress. I don't judge them by it, but most females do. I feel like it is a womans ranking system in society today, the way they look/dress. I think Mrs.Cleaver would be horribly looked down upon today, even to the point of being taken advantage of (by other women) or tormented. There is no way that sh*t would fly. We're pretty harsh these days.

As long as the clothing is clean, fits, matches and is well-cared for I will not look down on another woman for how she dresses as long as is appropriately dressed for her profession. Otherwise, to me, clothes are just a matter of preference.

The onyl time I even notice someone elses clothes is if they are dirty, stinky or have soemthing obnoxious on them. I couldnt tell you what color shirt my co worker wore to work today...Jeans or dress, it makes no differnce to me. I wear jeans AND dresses, I assume most women do as well.

no i really dont ive never been that type of person its absurd to make an assumption about a person based upon their clothing wouldn't you agree?

I personally do not judge other women by the way they are dressed but it seems younger women do (my sister does, all the time). Younger women tend to pay more attention to the women that are appealing or dressed to get attention - and then their opinions are expressed openly. Mrs. Cleaver would be talked about behind her back - not because she's wearing a dress but because of the type of a dress she's wearing.

I really don't care what other people wear, male or female.
