I get agitated and need to have some time to calm down.
A lot of walking is a good cure! Oi!
I usually do a chocolate milk and cigar combo (shut up), then stretch out on the floor and breathe in and out in a slow manner until I'm cat-napping. My brain resets over even a light sleep so I forget everything for half an hour as I drift in and out of experiential lucid sleep.
Stress is a mirage.
The best way: Kill the SOB who is CAUSING your stress.
