I was arrested two days ago for possesion of marijuana, i am 15 and do not have a drivers license or a provisional. Will i be able to get both with this on my record?

Are you sure they've decided to keep it on your record? What state are you in?
In Georgia, it would likely be wiped along with the rest of your record at age 17.
