You can but I prefer to do it manually to make sure that it is placed in the right section. Some sites take extra keywords, have different character amounts for titles etc.

You can't submit to some more than one time and some are human checked anyway. Google is not much to say in it unless you hammer them with continual submissions. Best way to get up in Google is by two and one way linking. That way the Google spider finds you naturally before sucking your blood out and deciding that your pagerank is good enough to rise and as you do you et more hits and rise natuarally or there is adwords, yahoo network where you buy your way up.
