Honeslty I just laugh and joke with other actors in the production and have support among each other. Plus confident words from the director always helps

What I have found to be very very helpful is being completely silly. Dancing on tables and singing and laughing, just having a really fun time. It puts me in a good mood and I completely forget about my opening night jitters!

I actually enjoy that rush. I know from experience it disappears the second I walk (or dance) on stage.
