eliminate all worms insects and other creepy crawlies. The frogs will leave on their own. Or just wait a few years - it seems many species of frogs are becoming extinct because of global warming, and then there won't be any to evict. BTW - why on earth would you want to get rid of frogs?

Just remove any wood piles, old lumber or pots from ground level, frogs live In dark, damp places during the daytime and hunt In the evening hours... If you remove their favorite haunts, they will move on.
