I go for a nice, long, slow run. By the time I'm done, I'm too spent to care.
punch babies, kick kittens etc
I don't. I just bottle it up until it explodes into a full blown temper tantrum. Which doesn't happen often really, cause i can't remember why i was angry in the first place, so i just go with the tantrum and don't ask question. ;+

"How" do I vent my anger? C-A-L-M-L-Y ! You know why? Because it's NOT my intent to "win". . . . . .only to be heard! And, after hearing me, I mean. . . . . .REALLY. . . . . .hearing me, my husband usually (but not always) concedes how I'm RIGHT!

When I was younger I used to get on my bike and thrash hell into it on the back roads, now, I don't seam to get so angry; unless I'm gaming. then I bite the controller, swear like a sailor with torrets syndrome and make noises like a tortured cat that seems to do it for me.

People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious processes to deal with their angry feelings. The three main approaches are expressing, suppressing, and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. To do this, you have to learn how to make clear what your needs are, and how to get them met, without hurting others. Being assertive doesn't mean being pushy or demanding; it means being respectful of yourself and others.
I hardly get angry but if I do, I dispose my anger in ASS! lol
