Help answer this question below.

I have a Lexmark X5470 all-in-one printer
every time i click print, the paper goes down and starts printing 'skew wiff', and the 'Paper Jam' message comes up

I cannot find any paper in the printer, so far.
Is there a sensor needing freeing etc?

    hi i think this is a lexmark problem I am on my third in approx 3 weeks, each time I have only printed approx 10 - 15 pages before paper jam error , thankfully I have reciept and ASDA are great if you are returning faulty goods, I would take it back to shop and ask for different model

    yes I think so you should probably go to like future shop or whatever and check if they have anything that can fix that or ask them to diagnose the problem
