Help answer this question below.

While placing an order over the internet, I couldnt get my order to go through. I went to see my credit card statement and I was still charged for that order. The website says I never placed an order. Can I still get my money back?

Yes, print out your statement and take it to the resturaunt. Show them that money was still taken even though you never got your order.

- i work for a big credit card company, to be protected by law, you have 60 days to file a written dispute with your credit card company. once they get your dispute with details they will investigate and credit back the amount. this is a law to protect consumers but it must be in writing, a call is not enough.

Yes.

Complain to BOTH the Better Business Bureau AND the FTC about that website, and then let others (like your friends on AB) know the URL of that website, so we may boycott them.

Also, complain to your credit card company that you have been ripped off by that company, so the charge can be removed from your accout, and charged back to that evil company.

  i sent an email to their customer service and told them what happened as well. i tried to find a phone number to call so i could get it taken care of RIGHT AWAY but i couldnt seem to find one.
