While placing an order over the internet, I couldnt get my order to go through. I went to see my credit card statement and I was still charged for that order. The website says I never placed an order. Can I still get my money back?

i work for a big credit card company, to be protected by law, you have 60 days to file a written dispute with your credit card company. once they get your dispute with details they will investigate and credit back the amount. this is a law to protect consumers but it must be in writing, a call is not enough.
