    curl your eyelashes make them stick right up. if you are applying eyeliner on your top lid make it a thin line if you are appling under your eyes actually apply it under your lashes rather than your eyelid rim. use light shimmery colours on the inner corner of your eyes and apply mascara. :)

    Wear eye liner, mascara and even fake lashes. Make sure your eyebrows are styled and neat and have a hair style that sits around your face, not over it.

    I would avoid black or dark eyeliner. Use mascara and curl your lashes. Illuminating eye shadow and soft colours. Eye shadow may be a good option instead of eyeliner.

    Dont put on black eyeliner coz they make your eyes seem smaller, instead put a light colour like silver or white. and also putting a black mascara on will help.

    White eye shadow in the inner corner of the eyes helps them look bigger. Also, try using a heavier hand with the eye liner in the outer, upper corner. Gel liners (M.A.C. makes a great one) offer a softer look than liquid with a lot more staying power than pencils. A white gel liner on the eyelid rim will help open up your eyes, too, if you're not going for a smokey look. Curl your eyelashes and use a thickening mascara.

    You can start by applying eyeliner in a shade that is not too dark for you...most dark haired women can get away with black, but the lighter the hair and complexion, you should stick to a liner that is gray or brown, or even a shade that matches your eye color. Starting at the outer corner of the eye, apply the liner on the eyelid as close to the lashes as possible, but only about 3/4 of the way across. Starting at the outer corner of the eye, just below the bottom lashes, apply the liner close to the lashes and extend the color just 1/2 way across - tapering the line as it moves across.
    Sticking to a nice neutral shade of eyeshadow is always a great way to make sure that eyes appear wide and bright. Apply darker shades close to the top lashes - blend and lighten as you work your way toward the brow. Finish by applying a shimmery ultra-light shade just below the brow bone.
    Lastly, make sure to purchase a good eyelash curler! No girl should neglect curling their lashes. Apply BLACK mascara in short even strokes, making sure to coat each top and bottom lash. Move quickly to prevent clumping!!
    One more thing - use a neutral shade of lipstick or just plain gloss on the lips to help play up the eyes.
