  • yes, it is considered fat...do some jogging, and some sittups and cut your diet down to 1 meal a day with an apple or something of the sort for lunch...skip breakfast, and if you cant do that have a grapefruit...palates might help too considering your weight may have some wrecking effects on your joints and muscles...get down to about 130, and then you will look and feel much healthier. and not only healthier, but you will feel better about yourself.
  • My older sister is 5'8-5'9 and about 164lbs. She looks pretty good. So, I'm guessing you're just a tiny bit bigger than her... I'd say you're about normal, maybe slightly chubby(which isn't bad at all).. but in the way that it's totally fine and probably cute.
  • Don't listen to what those stupid people have to say, sweetie. You are perfect just the way you are,and nature intended for everyone to have differences,so here we are.Virtually EVERYONE today is overweight by prior standards, and I've come to realize that only the people who have a Noticable Difference get teased,if they only knew that they were the same, they'd shut up! lol! Everyone's different, and you are a beautiful young lady, just the way you are, just EAT HEALTHY,but Eat 3-4 meals a day+snacks for growing girls.Take care!*+++++*
  • thats definitely over weight, but not necessarily a bad thing. as long as you stay healthy and eat right, excercise, and take care of your body, i think you should be fine. dont even stress about the ignorant people who make fun of your weight. as long as YOU are happy with how you look, thats all that matters. =)
  • Look what ever weight you are does Not mean you should look down on yourself. You sound like a very nice girl and Please know that you are more then your weight.
  • Here's a reality check, and this is from a beach resident in southern California: 5'7"120 - 130 lbs. Like it or not, that's the way it is. And your age doesn't matter. And if you check the BMI chart you'll find that 170 is probably way over the limit. Perhaps not what you wanted to hear.. but you asked.
