  • I think Pat Robinson can use a refresher course in Theology 101.
  • Hmmm no i don't.
  • Now there's a guy whose bread fell butter-side-down.
  • I think Pat Robertson is so ignorant as to be nearly crazy. For as all-inclusive as Jesus was reported to be, it astonishes me how intolerant and exclusionary a man like him can be.
  • I disagree.....because Pat Robertson is a fucking idiot....He's one of those off-the-wall religious conservatives and shouldn't be taken seriously.
  • I disagree. An interesting point is that mr Robertson also say that Christianity is the worlds largest religion. Yet if we remove the 'demon worshiping' JV's, Catholics, Christian Scientists, Mormons, Unitarians, etc, etc from the category Christians then Christianity is not even in the top ten as far as size goes. I wont blame Pat Roberson for wanting it both ways, but I will blame him for not thinking things through before shooting off his mouth ;-))
  • There is a basis for truth. Fallen angels are responsible for many of the world's deceptions. The angel Apollyon was known to the greeks as the god Apollo.
  • looks like his new horns are growing in nice and sharp
  • If Pat Robertson and all the other proclaimed TV preachers donate to charity all the millions of dollars that they have swindled from suckers that send money to them, I might think that they are worth more than the mud on my shoes. In my opinion, these jokers are the demons preying on gullible and naive people.
  • Not only do I disagree, but I consider Pat Robertson a demon, himself, and therefore, lacking credibility.
  • Back before Robertson ran for president he was for the most part quite good in what he taught. After his failed run something happened to him and I have never cared for him since. He totally changed and even his long time co-hosts left him. I do not know if I would say other religions worship demons per say. Being a person who believes in the Christian ways I do not hold with the beliefs of those other religions. I would have to hear all of Robertsons statement on this subject to draw a conclusion and not from just what you have asked here. You have done what many do with the Bible..Take from context without the whole.
  • Pat Robertson sounds like a pure bread jackass
  • No, that's a very simplisitic and bigoted claim. I say he must be the one who worships Satan and demons, because he spends much more time talking about him than about the Christian God.
  • It takes religion and a belief in god to make normally good people do and say truly evil things.
  • Pat Robertson is a delusional old dinosaur who needs to be put to pasture and get right with himself before he falls over dead. And America needs to start talking about what our REAL problems are.
  • Robertson is a Fundamental nut job
  • This from the man that advocated on national TV a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the USSR on the grounds that it was an evil empire and therefore Jesus would protect us from Soviet retaliation. Christ, does anyone still take that old psych case seriously? He should have been moved to the Comedy Channel years ago.
  • Pat Robertson is an air biscuit.
  • i've never heard of this Pat Robertson, but he sounds pretty retarded.
  • I loathe the man but I would point out that if you begin with the premise, as Jews, Christians and Muslims do, that there is only ONE God and you know who He is; and that there are good and bad angels but the good ones would never let anyone think they were God, then any other god(s) is either completely imaginary or a demon posing as a deity. . *waves Atheist flag* . So what he is saying is shitty and disrespectful but, from a strictly Biblical viewpoint, not unreasonable.
  • The SAME Pat Robertson who said cr*p like this: "The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians." "Maybe we need a very small nuke thrown off on Foggy Bottom to shake things up." "You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it. It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war ... We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability. We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator. It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with." "The Constitution of the United States, for instance, is a marvelous document for self-government by the Christian people. But the minute you turn the document into the hands of non-Christian people and atheistic people they can use it to destroy the very foundation of our society. And that's what's been happening." "You say you're supposed to be nice to the Episcopalians and the Presbyterians and the Methodists and this, that, and the other thing. Nonsense. I don't have to be nice to the spirit of the Antichrist. I can love the people who hold false opinions but I don't have to be nice to them."--Pat Robertson, The 700 Club, January 14, 1991 (Pat is a Pentecostal Christian...so screw everybody else, is what he's saying here.) "There is no such thing as separation of church and state in the Constitution. It is a lie of the Left and we are not going to take it anymore." He's a moron, and always has been as far as I'm concerned. But that's just my opinion.
  • I am not sure if their god(s) are demonds, but I know they are not the one, true god.
  • Disagree. Why? Well, it's extremely self-serving for one thing. Also, well, these quotes should give you an idea as to what some of this guy's beliefs are: 10) "Over 100 years, I think the gradual erosion of the consensus that’s held our country together is probably more serious than a few bearded terrorists who fly into buildings." –Pat Robertson, on the dangers of judicial activism 9) "Lord, give us righteous judges who will not try to legislate and dominate this society. Take control, Lord! We ask for additional vacancies on the court." –Pat Robertson 8) "Just like what Nazi Germany did to the Jews, so liberal America is now doing to the evangelical Christians. It's no different. It is the same thing. It is happening all over again. It is the Democratic Congress, the liberal-based media and the homosexuals who want to destroy the Christians. Wholesale abuse and discrimination and the worst bigotry directed toward any group in America today. More terrible than anything suffered by any minority in history." –Pat Robertson 7) "I would warn Orlando that you're right in the way of some serious hurricanes, and I don't think I'd be waving those flags in God's face if I were you, This is not a message of hate -- this is a message of redemption. But a condition like this will bring about the destruction of your nation. It'll bring about terrorist bombs; it'll bring earthquakes, tornadoes, and possibly a meteor." –Pat Robertson, on "gay days" at Disneyworld 6) "(T)he feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians." –Pat Robertson 5) "I know this is painful for the ladies to hear, but if you get married, you have accepted the headship of a man, your husband. Christ is the head of the household and the husband is the head of the wife, and that's the way it is, period." –Pat Robertson 4) "I'd like to say to the good citizens of Dover: If there is a disaster in your area, don't turn to God, you just rejected him from your city. And don't wonder why he hasn't helped you when problems begin, if they begin. I'm not saying they will, but if they do, just remember, you just voted God out of your city. And if that's the case, don't ask for his help because he might not be there." --Pat Robertson, after the city of Dover, Pennsylvania voted to boot the current school board, which instituted an intelligent design policy that led to a federal trial 3) "God considers this land to be his. You read the Bible and he says 'This is my land,' and for any prime minister of Israel who decides he is going to carve it up and give it away, God says, 'No, this is mine.' ... He was dividing God's land. And I would say, 'Woe unto any prime minister of Israel who takes a similar course to appease the E.U., the United Nations, or the United States of America.' God says, 'This land belongs to me. You better leave it alone.'" --Pat Robertson, on why Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon suffered a massive stroke 2) "Maybe we need a very small nuke thrown off on Foggy Bottom to shake things up" –Pat Robertson, on nuking the State Department 1) "You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it. It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war ... We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability. We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator. It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with." –Pat Robertson, calling for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Bonus Stupid Quote: "Wait a minute, I didn't say 'assassination.' I said our special forces should 'take him out,' and 'take him out' can be a number of things, including kidnapping." –Pat Robertson, clarifying his call to assassinate Hugo Chavez Extra Bonus Stupid Quote: "Is it right to call for assassination? No, and I apologize for that statement. I spoke in frustration that we should accommodate the man who thinks the U.S. is out to kill him." –Pat Robertson Not to even mention all of his hilarious predictions (all the stuff God supposedly whispered in his ear).
  • I remember when Pat was quite lucid. Must be alzheimer's coming on.
  • I have seen him on TV before. He preaches hate, fear, judgment and everything else that makes the Christian religion look like fantasy. He is so self centred and a good con artist.
  • Rob em some? err robertson.. Oh, yeah, well...that nut case... Wow...it just sucked all thought from my head even thinking about that idiot..
