Help answer this question below.

I was rear-ended while driving my friend's car. no damage to my car, but her car had a messed up bumper/hood. she said it was her fault a took my name/phone number. her insurance just called and left a message. should i be worried? did i handle wrong?

    Return the call and talk to the adjuster. Get name, phone number and address. Answer questions clearly, tell the truth. Remember, you were rear-ended. The adjuster only wants your story to put in the file and to help determine liability. Give all the detail information to your friend so thay can settle up. Try not to be nervous and be thankful no one was injured. Good Luck!

    Did you call the police? Also, did you get her info? I think it's always best to get a police report. If her hood and front bumper is messed up, it's going to be obvious that she rear-ended someone, so I wouldn't worry......
