Can you go through the booking process for someone arriving in jail? Do the COs shout like in the movies and how bad is it for you as the inmate?

The movies and TV are just that, fantasy. It's nothing like that in a county jail. The booking process is just tedious. Expect to sit on a steel bench for hours or maybe even all damn day. I hate booking, not because it's rough, it's just freaking boring. I sat in booking with psychos that just got locked up for killing people. lol I've been in cells with them too. I'm just lucky like that. I still like murderers more then thieves, personally.
