I dip to stop smoking, is this bad? i know its not healthy but smoking/dipping is a hard addiction to break as we all know.

    Smoking is associated with worse and more varied health problems than dipping tobacco. I would say if you're dipping as a transitioning to quitting tobacco altogether, it's probably a good idea.

    By the way, there is scant evidence that smokeless tobacco causes oral cancers, although this is widely believed to be true anecdotally.

    I believe tobacco products are relatively safe in very small, infrequent dosings. However, most of the tobacco we consume is made with high nicotine content and therefore very habit forming.

    its better for your health than smoking though, so isnt that better? even though most like to deny it, even though its still unsafe, isnt doing something thats safer for you still better?
