I know the Q is a little confusing, he found her and raped her then payed her and if she took the $$ is it still rape, and if she didn't take the cash, would she get justice, being a pro
Thanks for clarification, if he found her and raped her whether he gave her money or not he would have commited a crime, but the question would have to be asked as to why she took the money and she would have to have a very covincing argument as to why she took the money as it could weaken her case because it could be seen as if she consented. If she did not take the money she would have a stronger case and even though she is a prostitute she would be fully protected under the law, the same as any other woman and if found guilty he could go to prison.
