Churches CAN be sanctioned (and their leaders sued) for "disturbing the peace."
You need to find both lawyers and peace officers with testicles, to file the proper complaints.
If that was happening in MY neighborhood, I guarantee I could put a stop to it; trust me on that. I know someone who did so, in a similar situation.

You need to delve into the town's nuisance and noise statutes.
Also start a campaign in your local newspaper and get signatures for town hall.
Inside the church maybe sanctioned ie the hymns, organ music etc. but outside blasting now becomes a public issue.
You need to raise Holy Hallelujah!

You're reading There is a Church arcoss the street from my house and every Sunday they come out side and blast music and we cant even watch the news. Many people have complained to to town but nothing is getting done. What Laws are they breaking? Can we do anything?

Threats won't work, unfortunately, because you aren't dealing with people who are intelligent enough to properly react to a threat.
