It has been one year since the US Supreme Court's Heller decision. Was this a good or bad decision? WHY?

It was both an excellent decision and also half baked. The 2A has still not been incorporated to the states, only to DC. The sad thing is in spite of the decision the DC city council still is trying to prevent law abiding citizens their right to self defense.
