Having toe nail surgery soon.they are gonna take a slither of nail from each side of both big toes,then put chemical on exposed nailbed to stop nail regrowth.anyone ever had this done.if so is it a painful procedure.

I had surgery done to my toe back in March for an ingrown toenail; the doctor cut part of the nail off and put that chemical on it so it wouldn't grow back but now it is growing back and digging into the skin again. What will he do now?
