A garnishment order from a judge is valid ONLY in the state where it is issued, UNLESS it is a Federal garnishment order, such as for payment of back taxes owed to the IRS.

You're reading I recently have had my wages garnished(illinois) for 15% now I have recieved another garnishment that i have went to court for was making payments,missed a couple now wages will be garnished again can they be garnished more than once
