My 4 YBS turtles will ony eat if i hand feed them, they wont eat food if i drop it in the tank, what should i do?

You have spoiled them rotten......You must now stay home..FOREVER...to feed them........Turtles live a long, long time........

Do you have a turtle dock?
try putting it on there see if they go for it
what kind of food are you giving them?
