Has anyone ever tried tea tree oil for acne and has it worked for you?

    I use tea tree oil soap and it seems to work, though I still get mild acne (1-3 zits per month). You may want to consider getting a good oil-free moisturizer, though: it can dry the skin, as most acne remedies tend to do.

    Acne is a medical condition.

    It has several medical causes.

    While tea tree oil may work on one cause of acne, it may not work on your kind.

    I would suggest seeing a doctor to find out the cause of acne with you, then seek to treat the cause (if possible) before seeking to treat the symptom (acne is a symptom).
