In todays world, "no".

I would cooperate but I would ask the officer to clarify/ why what he is looking for. I can save him a lot of time if I know what he is fishing for but "fishing" is out unless he has seen in my car a univeral red flag,

In at least this state, it would be considered resistance without force. Unless it's an unreasonable request, follow an officer's command.

You can tell the officer no, but then you are failing to obey the lawful order of a police officer. this is an arrestable offense.

I would not do this.

Ask Tell Show. First he'll ask you to do something, then he'll tell you to do it and if you fail to comply he'll show you. That 3rd one you won't like and I wouldn't recommend pushing things that far.
