US Supreme Court ruled today that a strip search of a 13 year old girl by school officals violated her rights. Are we going to have any protests over this ruling? Justice Thomas was the lone dissent vote. Was justice served or did they decide wrong again?

I think it was ridiculous and the ones that did it fired and never allowed to work in the school system again. The fact that there was no reprimand on school officials leaves the door open for these things to happen again.

  • The decision was right. Strip searching a 13 year old is wrong.

  • Clarence Thomas voted that her rights were violated? I don't know whether to laugh or cry. No one should be allowed to strip search a child without the parents being present or some legal guardian. This is America, for Godssakes.

It figures that Clarence the perv didn't see it as a violation.
