I could care less what he does with his dick.
But the bottom line is, he did not show up for work, he did not call out. He did not attempt to inform anyone in the government that he would be absent. That is grounds for termination at any job, and rightfully so.
His salary is paid by the taxpayers of SC. Taxpayers who work jobs where they must be present and accountable. I feel it is supreme arrogance for him to figure this is acceptable behavior for him, when it would simply not be permitted for that vast majority of people paying his salary.
