What I believe is that no one knows when the world will end and I refuse to live my life worrying about it. I think people should live every day as if it is their last and stop dwelling on what might be. If it happens no preparations can help or stop it.
take a deep breath, relax. WE ARE NOT GOING TO DIE IN 2012. well, some of us are, but not all. dont be scared of how the world will end, you'll be long gone before it ever happens, all humans probably will.

No I do not. It was supposed to end at least a zillion times in the past. People sold all their worldy goods and congregated on mountaintops and nothing happened. The evidence shows in every one of the zillion cases nothing happened. That is a lot "not happening" evidence so I believe it will continue to "not happen"! Happy Thursday Zeke! :)

No, I don't, but I do believe that it could be the begining of the end of the world. Too many prophecies coming true, read Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. Interesting times.

I think this whole belief that the world is going to end 12.21.12 is because they like to scare us. they said the world was going to end or some shit like that a few years back... last time i checked we were still here...

Once again this teminology used makes no sense at all, the world cannot end! And i know what your on about and so ill just answer your question:
No it will not, the date is the last day on the mayan calender simply because they ran out of room.
I can assure you nothing will happen no aliens will appear, no anti-christ, no modern jesus will pop up not instant deaths nothing that has been predicted before the only thing you could expect is an asteroid hitting the earth but even then we've got our plannet 100% protected and secure and we can see these things years before they occur :)

Visited Chichen Itza (stunning!) this year and heard lots of the 2012 end of the world fear (Mayan calendar ends then).
I'm with my 13-year old on this: He says the real reason the Mayan calendar ends then is because they couldn't fit any more numbers on the rock. :-)

We are in the time of grace, for people to give their heart over to Jesus and believe He died for them personally, and rose again. My mom says only god knows when the world will end. Is she right, that only god will know? my dad says if the world ever does end, and I'm still alive it wont matter because I'll be dead anyway as soon as it stikes. I dont know if thats true or not but, I gotta find something to believe in or Imma go crazy. Im running out of faith lately.
