You can safely delete Regseeker off your comp. Seems like it's somekinda unprofessional rubbish.
And yes you can. But since it's displaying those in red, what no other, actually pro registry cleaner doesn't do, then DON'T do it, hell knows, what might happen.

You're reading I've just run Regseeker, it has highlighted ~3000 entries to delete. I deleted all the green entries safely, but there's still around 500 red entries: invalid activex/com entries, unused file extensions and "open with" entries, can I delete these safely?
